Depending on how you use Reliant, we may collect:

• Phone number and identity. Your mobile number (typically in E.164 format) is the primary account identifier. We may store a display name or profile fields you provide.
• Authentication data. Verification codes, session tokens, and related security logs when you sign in by SMS or other supported methods.
• Reminders and preferences. Reminder titles, due times, snooze settings, quiet hours, timezone (often inferred from your phone number or confirmed by you), and similar configuration.
• Call and messaging activity. Call records (for example call identifiers, attempt number, outcome, duration metadata), SMS delivery metadata, and related service logs needed to operate and improve reliability features.
• Voice interaction content. During live calls, audio is processed so our voice assistant can speak with you and run tools (for example confirm or snooze a reminder). We use providers to enable real-time speech. We do not sell your call content.
• Calendar data (if you connect a calendar). With your consent, we access calendar free/busy and/or event information needed to avoid calling during meetings and to answer schedule questions you ask — via Google OAuth and/or Apple CalDAV (Apple ID email and an app-specific password, stored encrypted). You can disconnect calendar access in Settings (and via your Google account for Google).
• Payment and subscription data (when enabled). If you subscribe, payment is processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe). We typically receive limited billing status information, not full card numbers.
• Device and technical data. IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, cookies or similar technologies on the web dashboard, and diagnostic logs.
• Communications. Support emails or messages you send us, and SMS replies you send to our numbers (for example STOP, HELP, YES, or other service replies).

We use information to:

• Create and secure your account and verify your phone number
• Place outbound reminder calls, handle inbound calls, and process confirmations, snoozes, and related actions
• Send transactional SMS if you separately opt in (verification codes you request, setup links, billing or dashboard links, and reminder-related service messages)
• Respect quiet hours and calendar free/busy when those features are enabled
• Provide the web dashboard, history, and settings
• Process payments and prevent abuse or fraud
• Operate, debug, secure, and improve the Service; comply with law; and enforce our Terms

SMS is optional. Signing up, agreeing to our Terms, or using Reliant by phone does not by itself consent to text messages. You may skip texts and still create an account and use the Service. You consent to transactional text messages from Reliant (a Not The Runaround service) only if you opt in separately through one of these paths:

• The standalone form at https://reliant.ntrr.com/sms (optional checkbox, not pre-selected)
• Optional checkbox on sign-in (https://reliant.ntrr.com/login) or in Settings
• Texting JOIN, START, YES, or RELIANT to our messaging number

Those messages may include:

• Account verification codes
• Onboarding and setup links (for example calendar connection, billing, and dashboard access)
• Reminder-related service messages (for example confirm or snooze instructions and related account updates)

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to create an account or use Reliant. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (or using any unsubscribe method we provide, including Settings). Reply HELP for help. Opting out of marketing is not applicable if we only send transactional service messages; STOP will stop SMS from that program as configured with our carrier partners.

We do not sell mobile phone numbers or messaging consent data. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile numbers are used only to operate Reliant (including delivery via telephony providers such as Twilio under our service agreements).

We use telephony providers (including Twilio) to deliver SMS. Carrier filtering and delivery are outside our full control.

Reliant places and receives phone calls as a core feature. Calls may be handled by automated systems and AI voice agents. We use third-party infrastructure (for example Twilio for telephony and xAI / Grok Voice for speech-to-speech and tool use) under their terms and our agreements with them. Call audio is processed to provide the Service. Do not share sensitive secrets on calls that you do not want processed by these systems.

We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate Reliant, including hosting, databases, authentication, telephony/SMS, AI voice, calendar APIs, payments, analytics, and error monitoring
• Google when you connect Google Calendar (per your OAuth grants)
• Apple when you connect Apple Calendar via CalDAV (Apple ID / iCloud calendar services; we store an encrypted app-specific password)
• Professional advisors and authorities when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy or equivalent protections

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share, sell, or provide mobile phone numbers or messaging consent data to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Reminder history, call logs, and account data may be kept for operational and reliability purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@ntrr.com; we will process requests subject to legal and operational limits (for example retained billing records).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information (including encryption in transit where standard, access controls, and provider security practices). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

• SMS: Optional. Opt in at /sms, on sign-in, in Settings, or by keyword. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help.
• Calls: You can manage reminders and quiet hours in the dashboard; stop mechanisms and fair-use limits may also apply under the Service.
• Calendar: Disconnect Google in the dashboard or revoke access in your Google account.
• Account: Update profile settings in the dashboard where available, or contact us to correct or delete data.

Depending on where you live (for example certain U.S. states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to appeal a denial. To exercise rights, email support@ntrr.com. We may need to verify your request (for example via the phone number on the account).

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at https://reliant.ntrr.com/privacy and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
