Reliant text messages

Optional transactional SMS from Reliant (a Not The Runaround service). We send service texts only — not marketing blasts. Creating an account or using Reliant by phone does not enroll you in texts. Consent is never required to use the service.

What we text about

Account verification codes you request
Onboarding and setup links (calendar connection, billing, dashboard access)
Reminder-related service messages (for example confirm or snooze instructions)

Method 1 — Opt in on this website

Optional only. Enter your mobile number, check the SMS box (not pre-selected), then Subscribe — or choose No thanks — continue without text messages to decline SMS and still use Reliant. This form is not account signup; Terms of Service are not accepted by checking the SMS box.

Required only if you choose to subscribe. US numbers can omit +1.

Skipping texts does not create an SMS subscription. You can still create an account and use Reliant by phone and web. Voice reminder calls do not require this form.

Method 2 — Opt in by text keyword

Open the Messages app on your mobile phone (US numbers).
Send one of these keywords as the full message body: JOIN, START, YES, RELIANT to (217) 996-8777 (E.164: +12179968777).
Reliant replies with a confirmation that you are subscribed to transactional texts (verification, setup links, reminder service), that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you may reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel, with a link to the Privacy Policy.
You may opt out anytime by replying STOP. You may use Reliant by voice and web without ever texting a keyword.
