Terms of Service

Reliant helps you follow through on important tasks by placing outbound reminder calls, accepting confirmations and snoozes (by voice, keypad, and/or SMS where enabled), supporting inbound calls, optional calendar-aware scheduling, and a web dashboard for configuration and history. Features may change as we develop the product. Some capabilities (for example paid plans, dedicated numbers, or calendar features) may require setup, subscriptions, or third-party connections.

Reliant is a productivity and communications tool. It is not an emergency service, medical device, alarm monitoring service, or substitute for 911 or professional advice.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You must provide a valid mobile phone number you control. Phone number is the primary identity for the Service. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone number secure.

By providing your mobile number and requesting a verification code, signing up, or otherwise opting in, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Reliant (a Not The Run Around service), including verification codes, onboarding and setup links (such as calendar connection, billing, and dashboard access), and reminder-related service messages (such as confirm or snooze instructions and related account updates).

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You understand that Reliant uses automated dialing, AI voice agents, and third-party telephony to call you about reminders and related service matters, and to answer when you call in. You authorize us to contact the phone number on your account for these purposes, subject to quiet hours, calendar settings, and fair-use limits we may apply.

Call audio may be processed in real time by our AI and infrastructure providers to operate the conversation and tools. Do not use the Service to transmit unlawful content. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required if you cause Reliant to contact third parties (for example future multi-party features).

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, harassment, fraud, or unlawful activity
• Attempt to bypass fair-use limits, security, or billing controls
• Reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the Service except as allowed by law
• Misrepresent your identity or provide a phone number you do not control
• Use Reliant for life-critical alerts where failure could cause harm

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or abuse.

The Service depends on third parties (for example Twilio, Supabase, Google Calendar, payment processors, hosting, and AI voice providers). Their services are subject to their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for outages or changes by those providers beyond our reasonable control.

If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize us to access data as described during OAuth and in our Privacy Policy, solely to provide calendar-aware features you enable.

Paid plans, if offered, are billed through our payment provider. Prices, features, and fair-use call minute limits will be described at signup or in the dashboard. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel according to the method we provide (for example a customer portal). Carrier voice and SMS rates from your mobile plan are your responsibility.

We and our licensors own the Service, including software, branding, and content we provide. You retain rights to content you submit (reminder text, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CALLS OR MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, DELAY, OR ERROR, OR THAT REMINDERS WILL ALWAYS REACH YOU.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NTRR AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

You will defend and indemnify NTRR and its operators against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account closure by contacting support@ntrr.com. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access with or without notice for violation of these Terms, non-payment, risk, or discontinuation of the product. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence apply. If a dispute proceeds in court, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the United States, except where prohibited by law.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version at https://reliant.ntrr.com/terms and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by SMS, call, or email when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where the law requires a different process.
